God Burns Cross

Monroe, Ohio: fire officials set damage at $300,000 after lightning struck burning down a 62-foot-high Jesus Christ "King of Kings" cross adjacent to the Solid Rock Church.

Divine intervention is metered out from the heavens and there are many instances throughout the Torah relating such stories, but in modern times these events are called accidents–there is insurance. God is referred to as Zion/Rock because God always was and always will be.

Everything about this complex is strong: the name Solid Rock, the number 62 related to the essential animal and the cross a symbol of the previous world Tohu/Chaos where the animal derives its strength; but, the Midrash-Book of Metaphor points out the weak letters of the Hebrew alphabet are those with only one leg, like the cross.

The Cabala teaches how the Seven Kings of Tohu broke and died seeding our world with life in the form of spiritual letters as reflected in the various forms of DNA; The seven attributes lined up one behind the other beneath the triangle of the head forming the cross.

When God goes out to war God goes out alone; God is forever at war with the idol and the arrogance of man. When God displays anger the world suffers. God wants the good deeds of human beings towards each other and towards the world.

Who Insures the Insurer?

The federal government has agreed to provide an additional $30 billion in taxpayer money to the American International Group that reported a $62 billion loss, the biggest quarterly loss in history.

Insurance is based on probability and statistics giving a false sense of security by convincing the unsuspecting worker that without the System there would be chaos. But, is it so? Perhaps the whole financial system is one big Ponzi Scheme with the government ciphering money from the people to keep it going?

All spiritual traditions teach the importance of being a good neighbor and taking personal responsibility for the environment. Justice is also a notable challenge that separates the human from the animal. Trust in the Creator is much more beneficial to society as a whole and to the individual trying to find their way in this weird world.

Trust and faith come from the word Eman/Craftsman. The Cabala explains the commonality between the two words as the second nature which arises from repeated attempts.
