THE CABALA OF CAIN

The body of Otzi the Iceman, a 5,300-year-old mummy found in the Alps in 1991 was so well preserved that scientists could estimate his probable cause of death, an arrow wound to the shoulder that sliced an artery.

The Hebrew year, 5772, dates back to the first human, an androgynous being who gave birth to two sons – Cain and Hevel; each was born with a female for the purpose of reproduction, but Hevel had two, bringing about the indignant wrath of his brother, who he eventual kills him.

Cain is sent away for killing his brother, to wander in the Wilderness, kept alive by a sign placed upon his forehead, to live for seven generations; Lemech, 120 years later, takes his son with him to go hunting – his son says, There goes an animal and Lemach shots killing Cain.

Hearing he has killed his grandfather, he claps his hands together in anguish and unintentionally kills also his son. As a result God makes Lemech the Angel of Death. Death and violence was a rare occurrence during the first 1000 years since the creation of the Adom.

At that point Adom and Chava have another child, Shet who is the progenitor of modern man leading to Noah who marries Nima the daughter of Lemach thus saving the DNA from the both brothers who eventually reincarnate throughout history trying to irradiate violence in the world.

THE CABALA OF HATRED

In a shooting at a school in a residential neighborhood of Toulouse, in the worst attack on a Jewish target in France in 30 years, a teacher and his two children, aged three and six, and the eight-year-old daughter of the school’s director were killed.

The Midrash-Book of Metaphor says, When the Torah was given to the Jewish People 3500 years ago, God asked for reassurance the Torah would be kept; the people offered their word but God said, You are going to die – then they offered their fathers who were already dead.

Finally, the people offered their children and God accepted because children are the future. A person who deliberately attacks children, attacks the future; the ancient tradition of war spared women and children because women give birth to the yet undetermined future.

The Torah is clear, Children do not bear responsibility for the sins of their parents. The worst kind of hatred is called Sinut Chinom/Free Hatred, meaning there is no reason for the hatred; but, in our times the Jewish People are reviled for political and religious reasons.

The Talmud-Book of Law says, When Moshiach comes the world will love the Jewish People; perhaps what the Talmud means is, Moshiach will come when the world loves the Jewish People for performing 613 Commandments bringing spiritual light, benefiting the whole earth.

THE CABALA OF LITTLE MONSTER

Leaders of the 27-member European Union Friday repeated calls on Syrian President Bashar al-Asad to step down and stressed that the EU will increase its pressure on the Syrian regime to end the violence.

His father, Hafex al-Asad, killed tens of thousands while the son kills thousands; the father was a monster – the son is a little monster. The world helplessly watches while the monster devourers his people, but there are more people than monster – power to the people.

The Talmud-Book of Law relates stories about ethereal monsters coming from spiritual worlds wrecking havoc upon the earth; but, these monsters, in their 42 year rule, are human beings. Asad in Arabic mean Lion; the lion has great attributes but the lion is an animal.

The Cabala explains, The lion, one of the four faces on the Merchava/Chariot is the spiritual root of all wild animals from the side of Chesed/Kindness. The human being, built from the YHVH, The Four Letter Name of God, epitomizes kindness by being attentive to creation.

A human monster is far worse than any monster from beyond because the human being has freedom of choice. Shamai, 2000 years ago, saw a skull floating on the water; he said to the skull, You drown because you drown someone and the person who drown you will also drown.

Time Square Bomber

The mammoth clock-to-wire-to-gasoline-to-propane car bomb that the authorities said Faisal Shahzad hoped would claim many lives in Times Square has been analyzed, diagrammed, prodded and pored over.

What excuse is there for indiscriminate killing? As terrible as it is to wait in ambush and purposely kill, killing for no other purpose than to kill to make a political statement is beyond anything mentioned in the Torah; the Torah brings extreme examples to establish boundaries for human behavior–but this scenario is not even mentioned.

Once dogs taste the taste of blood they kill without remorse, just for the sport. The Zohar-Book of Secret says at the End of Days the leaders will look like dogs, which is when B’Laden comes to spread chaos. B’Landen, continues the Zohar, is a dog, his is not even human.

The Torah is called Torat Adom/Teaching Human. Freedom of choice means human beings have the ability to reign in our animal inclinations when enraged over territorial issues or other instinctual survival necessities.

The Cabala points out that the word Behama/Animal has the gematria of 52 twice the gematria of YHVH/26 the Four Letter Name of God. It is one thing to constrain the animal, but it is another to turn the animal into an ally then the dog becomes man’s best friend.

An Act of Anger

Leaving behind a rant against the government, big business and particularly the tax system a computer engineer smashed a small aircraft into an office building of the Internal Revenue Service.

The greatest spiritual act is to give up one’s life for the cause, but seeing life is dualistic, the ultimate good has an equally ultimate bad–like deliberately killing out of anger then trying to escape in the smoke by taking one’s own life.

It is written in the Psalms 3000 years ago, Where ever you flee God is before you; if you go into heaven or into the grave God is there. The Midrash–Book of Metaphor says that anger is comparable to serving idols since to serve an idol one must deny God, similarly uncontrolled anger refutes God’s world of free choice. Letting anger burn is detrimental to the populous.

People who give their lives to fight against injustice are to be lauded, but premeditated murder with blatant disregard for who dies is the sickness of our times. This indiscriminate hatred needs to be eradicated through the use of indiscriminate love.

The Torah is based upon the phrase Love one’s neighbor like one’s self. This simple injunction is the basis of God’s Law whose reward is peace. The last blessing of the 18 prayers recited daily is a prayer for peace–because without peace there is nothing.

Holy War

NEW YORK (AP) — Four men arrested after planting what they thought were explosives near two synagogues and plotting to shoot down a military plane were bent on carrying out a holy war against America, authorities said Thursday.

How can war be holy? Both in the Torah and in the Koran holy war is that conducted on one’s self–reframing from self-indulgences while focusing on the reason for being; yet, it is also true that the Torah insists wherever you find Almalek kill him and the Koran is adamant about killing the idolators. The Torah separates between wars of man and war directed by God, even though God loves creation.

Prophesy ended 2000 years ago for the Jewish People and the last prophet given to the world was Mohammed 1500 years ago who delivered the Koran to the Arab People; without the light of prophesy the world remains in darkness. No one knows who Amalek is; idols no longer possess power–all the reasons for God inspired war are not relevant anymore.

Only the war which we fight with ourselves is holy in our time.

God and the Law

President Obama had authorized the use of force if Capt. Richard Phillips was believed to be in danger, so U.S. snipers fired when the pirates aimed an automatic rifle at their hostage.

In the Torah is written the laws of the Rodef/Chaser and the Nedef/Chased—the obligation on the witnesses is to stop the Chaser at any cost even if it requires killing him. The Torah is concerned with justifying killing prior to inquiry, in this case it was more than chasing it was kidnapping.

In the Torah there are delineated three types of Law: Chuckim—laws that have no apparent reason; Adut—laws from witnessed events; Mishpot—laws of an obvious nature. The reason why these obvious laws are written into the Torah is to encourage humanity not only to do what is right out of logic, but also right before God.

As is seen in nature God created a devouring world, but the human being is distinguished through our premeditated thoughts melding justice with compassion.
