An Ancient Agreement

Israeli planes carried out air strikes against targets in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, injuring seven Palestinians. An army spokesman said the strikes, which occurred after a rocket fired from a Hamas run enclave landed in Israel.

Recorded in the Torah which was read today throughout the world is an ancient agreement between the Palestinians and the Israelis when the king Avimelch and Phinchal head of the Army come to Yitzchok grandfather of the 12 tribes of Israel.

The Jewish People made a compact with God to do the 613 Commandments most of which can only be done in the borders of Israel as delineated by the Torah and the Palestinians seeing that God is with the Jewish People promised to be peaceful.

Only an ancient solution can fix an ancient problem. The Cabala refers to the highest of spiritual levels as Atik Yomim/Ancient Days.
