SHARIA LAW

After giving a speech that emphasized the Islamization of Libya, National Transitional Council leader Mustafa Abdul-Jalil said Sunday that Islamic Sharia law would be the main source of legislation.

Roman law, as practiced throughout the world is an adversary system where the judge, like a referee, makes sure the rules are followed; in Sharia Law, the judge questions the witnesses in pursuit of truth. In Roman Law, truth and justice belong to the victor.

Jewish Law, like Sharia Law, obligates the judge to seek the truth; secular justice is neither true nor just – punishment is dealt out as a deterrent against crime. Punishment melted out by Shira and Jewish Law are to help the individual to change their ways.

Most people faced with a whipping or spending years in jail would take a whipping; according to Jewish Law if a man defecates on himself because of the fear of being whipped he is automatically release because of embarrassment.

In heaven the greatest punishment is embarrassment as to how one led their life; in heaven all things are seen and all acts recorded, forever. By incarnating, the soul is able to fix the acts of previous lifetimes and perform commandments that previously went undone.
