Time Square Bomber

The mammoth clock-to-wire-to-gasoline-to-propane car bomb that the authorities said Faisal Shahzad hoped would claim many lives in Times Square has been analyzed, diagrammed, prodded and pored over.

What excuse is there for indiscriminate killing? As terrible as it is to wait in ambush and purposely kill, killing for no other purpose than to kill to make a political statement is beyond anything mentioned in the Torah; the Torah brings extreme examples to establish boundaries for human behavior–but this scenario is not even mentioned.

Once dogs taste the taste of blood they kill without remorse, just for the sport. The Zohar-Book of Secret says at the End of Days the leaders will look like dogs, which is when B’Laden comes to spread chaos. B’Landen, continues the Zohar, is a dog, his is not even human.

The Torah is called Torat Adom/Teaching Human. Freedom of choice means human beings have the ability to reign in our animal inclinations when enraged over territorial issues or other instinctual survival necessities.

The Cabala points out that the word Behama/Animal has the gematria of 52 twice the gematria of YHVH/26 the Four Letter Name of God. It is one thing to constrain the animal, but it is another to turn the animal into an ally then the dog becomes man’s best friend.

Day of Prayer

As presidents have done every year since 1952, President Obama today, National Day of Prayer, issued a proclamation urging people to, Turn to God in prayer and meditation.

It is pointed out in the Midrash-Book of Metaphor that though the earth was seeded with life nothing grew because it had not yet rained until the first human prayed to God. It is God’s first advise to all human beings, when you need something ask God.

Avraham 2000 years later came to the earth with the teaching of how the Creator is everywhere available to everyone all the time–in modern society this concept has been usurped for Monotheism, whatever that is. There was never a question about how many gods existed; everyone acknowledged the God of gods.

The message of Avraham has been usurped by religion who have found commercial value in God turning charity and misfortune into big business. The Talmud-Book of Law says, Nothing impedes between creation and Creator–God hears and answers all prayers, but sometimes the answer is, No.

According to Jewish Law prayer need not be vocalized, even thinking or feeling prayer is valid since nothing is hidden from the Creator. The Cabala teaches that Tephila/Prayer has the sense of tying; religion means to untie or retie. Before God all prayers are equal.

Israel and Nukes

The United States, Russia, Britain, France and China voiced support on Wednesday for making the Middle East a nuclear weapons free zone, which would ultimately force Israel to scrap any atomic arms.

The only reason Israel maintains the visage of nuclear weaponry is as a deterrent to the hundreds of millions who back in the beginning of the Israeli state vowed to march into Israel and throw the Jews into the sea–that fear no longer exists.

There is no reason for a nuclear Israel and if they would open their secret sites to inspectors and sign on to the international treaty against developing nuclear weapons Iran would be forced to do the same–problem solved.

The Jewish People were chosen by God to perform 613 Commandments as an example to the world of how to follow in the way of God. Israel, of all places in the world must be free of nuclear weapons–the state of Israel must bow the land of Israel and the Will of God.

The Cabala reverses the letters of Israel to read Rosh Li/My Head; the land of Israel according the Talmud-Book of Law is said to make one smart. Lets hope the Israeli government will seize this opportunity to effectuate major change in the Middle East with a stab of the pen instead of the sword.

Spirit Weighed

Quarks, the elementary particles that make up protons and neutrons have been notoriously difficult to weigh, until now.

In the middle Sixties while the world was discovering LSD scientists were quietly discovering the Quark, decimating theories that for centuries contended the atom the fundamental building block of reality. For fifty years now theorists with the aid of atom smashers have concluded there are six types of quarks which make the nucleus of the atom.

The way in which the six quarks align determines the exterior properties of the atom–directly corresponding to the Cabala. The lower two triangles of the Ten Sefirot, called Zira Anpin/Small Faces interact in different ways to manifest emotions.

The number six is fundamental to creation because of the six-sided cubic nature of reality–up, down, forward, backwards, left and right. Only the up and down Quark is stable in the same way the relationship between Creator and creation is the foundation to existence.

The Quark is the place where the spiritual world condenses down into matter and takes on physical reality mirroring the spiritual world. The Torah explains this mirrored phenomenon as the Six Days of Creation; the Cabala adds Olam/World from the word Helem/Hidden–through the six quarks is hidden spirit from matter.

Pope Prays to Shroud

Pope Benedict prayed to the shroud of Turin saying, "The Holy Shroud eloquently reminds us always of the one who was crucified and who has shared our suffering.”

The shroud is no more true than the story it portends, but since there is no evidence of the crucifixion story at all after 2000 years of archeological and historical research the Church is forced to turn to something with substance, even if it is a lie.

It is the animal part of the person who desires a thing of substance to prostrate before because the animal gets its sustenance from the angels while the human soul connects directly with the Creator through the power of pleasure; since the Creator is neither physical nor spiritual there is nothing in creation to hold on to–just the Creator.

Those who embrace the animal soul over the human soul live by a manufactured morality that forgives the rich sinner–called Indulgences. Like the animal, religion just wants to survive and be king of the jungle.

There is no relic in all of creation that has any resemblance to the Creator. The Cabala explains, only through becoming nothing can once glimpse Y’kar DeMalcha/Glory of the King; it is why sight comes from the dark of the eye–a sign from the Creator who is beyond illumination.

Oil and Essence

As the worst U.S. oil spill in decades began endangering the shoreline habitat along the Gulf Coast, documents emerged showing BP downplayed the possibility of a catastrophic accident at the offshore rig that exploded.

Olive oil in Torah has a central function giving fuel to the Golden Menorah in the Temple; the Talmud-Book of Law describes how the purest oil comes from the first drop of the olive and how it is that oil covers water–Moshiach is from the word Meshach/Anointing.

Since the industrial revolution the world stays lit using the oil from the earth; it is the squeezing of the earth that causes the oil to flow–we are obviously wearing out the earth while her treasured secrets are being exploited by politician for their clandestine agenda.

For whatever profits the oil companies and politician exact from the earth the devastation visited upon the our land far outweighs any consideration of money. The delicate ecco system of the Gulf of Mexico means that life will not return to this area for decades–the price for doing business.

Moshiach is related to oil through the phenomenon of oil rising to the surface indicating that Moshiach will bring a new knowledge to the world which will be even higher than the Torah which is rooted in water which comes from a high place down, oil on the other hand ascends.

Deep of the Deep

Lag BaOmer beginning sundown May first is a festive day on the Jewish calendar, celebrating the anniversary of the passing of the great sage and mystic Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, author of the Zohar.

Rabbi Shimon lived 2000 years ago during the time when the Talmud-Book of Law and Midrash-Book of Metaphor were composed; Rabbi Shimon wrote the Zohar-Book of Secret at the same time but he wrote it in heaven and did not transmit the text to the earth for another 1000 years.

When Rabbi Shimon passed away he commanded the people to celebrate on the anniversary of his passing because he was going home. There are 49 days counted between Passover the Shavuot celebrating the giving of the Torah, Rabbi Shimon passed away on the 33rd day (Lamed-30 Gimal-3/Lag) known in the Cabala a Hod ShabaHod/Splendor of Splendor–the deepest of the deep.

Rabbi Shimon was able to penetrate the most hidden secrets, yet the Zohar has remained in obscurity up until recently. Now that the Zohar is available, translated and annotated, still the Zohar is obscure.

the Cabala, key to the Zohar, came a few hundreds years later, but still the Zohar remains aloft. The Zohar fills the holes, answers the outstanding questions, but if one does not know the Torah, the Zohar is meaningless because the answer is nothing without the question.
