Astronomers have probed into the distant universe and discovered that galaxies display one of two distinct behaviors: they are either awake or asleep, actively forming stars or are not forming any new stars at all.
The Cabala describes the stars as being illuminated shards scattered from the original Hard Light, according to the Zohar-Book of Secret, or dark worlds only vaguely lit. In the universe illumination far outweighs the dark worlds who slumber as if asleep.
The Midrash-Book of Metaphor teaches, Creation did not know what God wanted until – Let there be light was introduced into the newly made Mokim Ponai/Empty Space. Before the command, space was both dark and light of different degrees purposelessly intermingling.
Science and Cabala should work together, both are seeking the truth no matter the outcome; science brings evidence and Cabala provides an understanding going back beyond the confine of worlds and time. The Cabala provides answers through the elucidation of symmetry.
The secrets of the Torah/Teaching emanate from the heavens. The Midrash-Book of Metaphor teaches, God looked into the Torah and from the radiance of the reflection of the Creator, creation happened. The Jewish People were chosen to bring this light to the world.
