A new study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine finds that daily consumption of red meat — particularly processed meat like bacon— may be riskier than carnivores realize.
The Talmud-Book of Law advises, Ignorant people should refrain from eating red meat. What is ignorant? People who live life to satisfy the body, who do not recognize the greater purpose in life, in which the body is just a vehicle driven by the light of the soul, are ignorant.
The Torah concedes, after the time of Noah, 4000 years ago, humans require red meat to invigorate life – but, those who are ignorant should not partake least the meat brings them to anger or unrestrained appetite. The original Rabbis opened their minds through eating meat.
The Semitic People, Jewish and Arab, from the direct tradition of Avraham, revile pig; yet, the Midrash-Book of Metaphor teaches, To conquer the Land of Israel, God commanded the Jewish fighters to eat pork before the battle; without the power of the pig their strength was inadequate.
The pig in Hebrew, Chazar means Return because one day the pig will return to be Kosher/Fitting – perhaps, when people are not so ignorant to abuse what God has so graciously given. The Cabala teaches, In the next world, animals sacrifice humans on the altar of heaven.
