Yale University researchers have identified a key genetic gear that keeps the circadian clock of plants ticking, a finding that could have broad implications for global agriculture.
The Midrash-Book of Metaphor says, a plant will not grow until a beam of sunlight hits the plant with instructions to grow; the manipulation of plants by scientists has broad spiritual implications akin to serving idols – a practice outlawed to all peoples.
The reason idol worship is so bad is because it works; the servers of idols understood how to manipulate the beams of light that came from the stars to manifest on earth their desire. Modern day scientists deny the spiritual component of creation, focusing on substance.
The Cabala teaches, Each aspect of creation has a soul, a spiritual component conveying the essence of life from the Creator. The substance is the vessel that can hold the light; the eyes are a vessel that can contain and hold the power of sight – strong vessel more light.
The Talmud-Book of Law notes, An empty vessel is a strong vessel; America in Hebrew is Am Raik/Empty People. The advantage of being empty, is being a fitting vessel, conveying light from heaven to the earth, rather than stealing from heaven – manipulated from below.
