Earth Week Ends

At a White House reception, Obama called Earth Day, A bright moment in our nation's history and a milestone in the ongoing fight to protect our environment.

The Zohar-Book of Secrets written 2000 years ago describes and names the nine planets starting from Pluto to Mercury; the name of earth is Tavel–a word related to the commingling of human and animal. The human being is a mixture of the human soul encased in an animal body.

The sun and the nine planets signify the Ten Seferit/Luminaries called the Tree of life. The diversity of the planets which baffles astronomers is clarified through the Cabala which attributes the attributes of each planet through color and form. Earth is considered the fulcrum of the planets as it says, On Tavel is Justice.

Earth herself is made in the form of the Ten Seferot as the Zohar says, The low earth is formed according to the high earth–our solar system where life is found on the outer seven planets. Similarly, the earth is formed from seven continents that support life and three oceans that hide life like the angles are hidden in heaven.

These three oceans and seven continents are considered an awakening embryonic form–the Mediterranean is her sex, the land of Israel her womb and the city of Jerusalem the entrance into women.
