EXTREMIST MURDERS

A rambling, 1,500-page manifesto purportedly written by the suspect in Friday's bloody terror attacks in Norway lays out right-wing extremist views and vows an European civil war.

The problem with extremism is it has no boundary. In Torah there are laws concerning the zealot so that boundaries are established and murder does not happen. The Rambam who composed the law 1000 years ago from the Talmud-Book of Law said, In all things be moderate.

The Rambam also advised, Even in moderation be moderate – there is a place for limited extremism. Israel is a good example of an extreme a people known for their different views living without killing one another because of the constraints implicit in the Torah.

Since America is the engine that drives the world, it is very important for America to moderate her views across the board; the obstructionist politics present in the government is a result of these adamant extreme positions taken by politicians regardless of outcome.

The Jewish People are in the Three Weeks of Mourning for the Temple destroyed 2000-years-ago by the zealots who burned the staples of the city to force a rebellion against the Roman Empire. Moderation and extremism both have their limits; creation is limited by the Creator.
